Floor Plan Numbering and Labelling

In consultation with the client, Mcorp develops a floorplan numbering system that assists in the efficient and effective relocation of staff and equipment. The specific needs of the numbering system are determined once the current and destination layouts and any existing architectural numbering are known. This set of numbers are identified as move numbers. These move numbers are applied to effect the sequential movement of files and any other items to be packed and relocated.

Packing and Unpacking of Office Content

Mcorp can provide packing and unpacking services to our clients, including tambour contents, kitchen items, under desk pedestals etc. For compactus unpacking and packing, all files are sequentially packed into secure crates and at delivery unpacked and placed in their specified location in their sequential order.

Depending on the client’s requirements, moving is typically done after hours or on the weekend so disruption to business is limited.

Offsite data destruction and disposal of confidential waste

Mcorp will collect documents or e-waste (PC hard drives, copiers, fax machines) from the client's location and take it to a secure shredding/destruction/recycling facility. To be sure information is destroyed, there is no better way than to physically destroy the e-waste. After the documents or e-waste is destroyed, clients receive a certificate of destruction for their records. This is verification that the work was done correctly and in compliance with the company’s records retention program.

Post or Pre-move Site Clean

During a relocation, Mcorp ensures setup of all items at each desk, office, hallway etc, as well as the removal of all debris and unwanted materials. But sometimes, a thorough clean of the exited/incoming department floor maybe required. This can be completed by the Mcorp cleaning crew and would include a complete wipe down of the desk area, telephone, chair & underdesk pedestal as well as a vacuum of the floor.

Mcorp bring all the office cleaning supplies required to leave the office fresh and clean for the new occupants, giving our clients one less thing to worry about. The staff moving in can then enjoy arriving at work to find an organised, dust free, clean desk. Mcorp have provided cleaning services over the years for many of our government and corporate clients including the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning, the Financial Ombudsman and Hansen Yuncken Pty Ltd.

Post Move Support

Post move involves the post relocation collection, collation and reporting against the move objectives to determine the success of the relocation and to ensure that any potential problems are understood and can be rectified. Specifically, Mcorp provides onsite personnel for each relocation stage (day 1). This resource will be focused on the resolution of any outstanding matters and acts as key point of contact for all stakeholders. Mcorp also manages the relocation activity on day 1 and ensures seamless removal from site of associated packing materials and settle in services.
